Return/Exchange/Cancellation

As part of our COVID-19 response, we are,temporarily, not allow returns on face masks and other disinfecting supplies. Only in case of defective items are accepted for return/exchange.

For all other products, please refer to the following return/exchange/cancellation policy.

사이트내, 모든 마스크와 소독용품은 제품 특성상 제품 불량이 아닌 경우에는, 환불, 교환 불가합니다.

이 외, 다른 제품들은 다음의 Policy 를 참고 부탁드립니다.

Return/Exchange

An item can be returned/exchanged 30 days before the day of purchase. 
To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition with original packaging. 

To complete your return/exchange, we need to process with a proof of purchase from our store, so send us an email to request refund/exchange. If you send your item to us without our approval, we cannot refund/exchange of the returned item. Please do not send your purchase back without any notice.

- We cannot process returns/exchanges due to customer error. Please double check your address, contact number, and names prior to making your purchase.

- 15% restocking fee will be applied for all return.

- If you receive defective or damaged ones, we may exchange it for the same item at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping.

구매하신 날로부터 30일 이내 환불 신청하실 수 있습니다. 

사용하지 않은 제품의 경우, 15%의 Restocking Fee가 적용됩니다.
받으신 상품에 하자가 있는 경우,
같은 제품으로 무상교환해드리거나, 운송비를 포함하여 전액 환불가능합니다.

환불/교환을 하시기 위해서는 먼저 저희에게 이메일로 신청해주셔야 하며, 환불/교환 신청없이 저희 센터로 보내시는 물품들은 처리 불가하니, 참고 부탁드립니다. 

구매시, 정보 오류(주소, 이름등)로 인한 환불은 처리 불가하니, 주문하시기 전 수취인 정보를 정확하게 기재하였는지 확인해주시기 바랍니다.


Refund

Once we receive your returned/exchanged items, we will send you an notification email that we have received your returned item and then your refund/exchange will be processed.

You will receive an email notification to your provided email address within 1-2 business days, once the replacement item has been shipped to your original address on the order. 

You will receive an email notification to your provided email address within 1-2 business days, once the refund has been issued to your original form of payment on the order. 

환불/교환 신청하신 물품이 저희 센터에 도착되면 저희에게 제공하신 이메일로 안내해드리고, 환불/교환 진행됩니다.

Cancellation

Please, send us an email to request of cancel your order.

Remember that once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

센터로부터 출고 처리된 후에는 주문을 캔슬할 수 없습니다.
출고 전, 주문 취소하시는 경우, 저희에게 이메일 보내주시면 됩니다.
