As part of our COVID-19 response, we are,temporarily, not allow returns on face masks and other disinfecting supplies. Only in case of defective items are accepted for return/exchange.

An item can be returned/exchanged 30 days before the day of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition with original packaging. 

To complete your return/exchange, we need to process with a proof of purchase from our store, so send us an email to request refund/exchange. If you send your item to us without our approval, we cannot refund/exchange of the returned item. Please do not send your purchase back without any notice.

- We cannot process returns/exchanges due to customer error. Please double check your address, contact number, and names prior to making your purchase.

- 15% restocking fee will be applied for all return.

- If you receive defective or damaged ones, we may exchange it for the same item at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping.

환불/교환을 하시기 위해서는 먼저 저희에게 이메일로 신청해주셔야 하며, 환불/교환 신청없이 저희 센터로 보내시는 물품들은 처리 불가하니, 참고 부탁드립니다. 

구매시, 정보 오류(주소, 이름등)로 인한 환불은 처리 불가하니, 주문하시기 전 수취인 정보를 정확하게 기재하였는지 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
